Support.
One inbox, read by the person who built the app. No ticket numbers, no chatbot, no phone tree.
Write in any language you like. We aim to reply within two business days, and we will tell you if something is going to take longer.
Reporting a bug
The more specific you are, the faster it gets fixed. If you can, include:
- The app version, from Settings → About → Version.
- Your device and iOS version, from the iPhone’s Settings → General → About.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visible.
Please do not send us an export of your workspace unless we ask for it, and if you do, take out anything private first. We would rather not hold your data at all.
The public release has no account
Social Steward 1.0 from the App Store does not create an account and has no login. Nothing to reset, nothing to recover, nothing to get locked out of. Your workspace data lives on your device and is reachable as long as you have the app installed.
Authorised internal staging testers can manage sign-in and Instagram connections under Settings → Account. Disconnecting deletes the access token and stops future sync but keeps imported history; Delete account permanently removes the server-side account and synced history.
One-time Pro purchase
Restoring a purchase. If you reinstalled the app or moved to a new iPhone, open Settings → Pro → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that bought Pro.
No renewal or cancellation. Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It does not renew and there are no recurring charges to cancel.
Refunds. Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue, speed up, or reverse a refund, though we are happy to help you work out what went wrong.
If Apple refunds or revokes Pro. You keep the ability to view and export everything you already made. Nothing is deleted or locked away.
Getting your data out
Open Settings → Data → Privacy Center and use the Export section. You can export the full workspace as JSON, or content, metrics, contacts, and outcomes as CSV. Each export goes through the standard iOS share sheet, so you can mail it to yourself, save it to Files, or drop it in a cloud drive.
Export before you delete anything. Deletion is permanent and we have no copy to restore from.
Importing your numbers
The public App Store release does not connect to any social platform, so metrics come from you. Export a CSV from your platform, then use Settings → Data → Import & export to bring it in and map the columns. The app keeps a record of what each import did so you can roll it back if the mapping was wrong.
Reminders and notifications
Reminders are set up in Settings → Notifications → Reminders. They are scheduled locally by iOS and only ever cover things you chose to be reminded about. If they are not arriving, check that notifications are allowed for the app in the iPhone’s Settings → Notifications, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not filtering them.
Deleting your data
Selected records and whole workspaces are deleted from Settings → Data → Privacy Center. Deleting the app from your iPhone removes everything it stored. The account and data deletion page walks through each option, including the separate Pro purchase and internal staging accounts.
Accessibility
The app follows your system settings for light and dark mode, text size (Dynamic Type), reduced motion, and increased contrast, and it is built to work with VoiceOver. If something is hard to read, hard to reach, or unusable with an assistive technology, tell us. Accessibility problems are treated as bugs, not feature requests.
Feature requests and feedback
Send them. This app is being built by one person with opinions, so we will not build everything, but we read all of it and it genuinely shapes what gets made. If you tell us what you were trying to do, that is more useful than telling us what button to add.
Privacy questions
The Privacy Policy covers what is stored and where. In the public 1.0 release, workspace and planning data stays on your device; only StoreKit purchase and restore traffic goes directly to Apple. The policy separately describes internal staging data. If it does not answer your question, ask us directly.
About Naya. Naya is a separate product with its own support channel and its own policies at nayaremembers.com. If you write to this inbox about it, we will point you there.
