Hi, I’m Sasha

I’ve always been fascinated by the people who don’t quite fit neatly into a category: the artists, musicians, designers, and builders making something original long before anyone else notices. Those are my people, and I want the world to discover them.

That’s what my work has become. I build communities around creativity.

Sometimes that means producing events where strangers leave as collaborators. Sometimes it’s a campaign, a visual identity, or helping someone get their work in front of the people who’ll love it. The format keeps changing. The point doesn’t: get the right people in the same room.

I’m based in Austin, a city that taught me what creative community is worth, and how easy it is to lose what makes a place feel alive. I want an Austin where artists can actually make a living, where ambitious people find each other, and where creativity feels less like a competition.

My background is marketing, events, design, storytelling. I’ve never stayed in one lane and don’t plan to start. The projects that excite me most are the ones that don’t fit a category. Same as the people.

If there’s a thread that ties everything together, it’s this:

Every room changes who meets. Every introduction changes what gets made. I’ve watched a five-minute conversation turn into a collaboration that changed someone’s whole trajectory.

That’s why I started UN.COMMON.ICON. To build the kinds of rooms, stories, and communities that I wish existed, and to help the people creating tomorrow’s culture find each other today.

When I’m not producing something, I’m usually planning the next project that feels a little too ambitious.

Because the future has always belonged to the people willing to build something that doesn’t exist yet.
