Most social media tools are built to make you post more. This one is built to make you think more clearly about what you post, keep an honest record of what happened, and stop losing track of the people who keep showing up.
Nothing is published or scheduled for you. Your workspace data stays on your iPhone unless you export it yourself.
Plan with intention
Write down the actual strategy: purpose, audiences, offers, voice, content pillars, and how much you can realistically make. Revise it over time without losing the older versions. Turn ideas into drafts, put them on a calendar, and group them into campaigns with goals attached.
Record what actually happened
Type in the numbers your platforms show you, or import a CSV export. Social Steward compares periods, formats, and pillars, and it always shows you the sample size. When the evidence is thin it says so. There are no invented metrics and no composite “brand score.”
Connect content to outcomes
Track sales, bookings, signups, and anything else you care about, each tagged with how confident the attribution really is, from “directly tracked” down to “unknown.” A guess never gets quietly promoted into a fact.
Care for your community
Keep context on the supporters, customers, and collaborators around your work: notes, promises you made, follow-ups you planned. Reminders only ever cover things you chose to be reminded about. Anyone who asks not to be contacted is never suggested again, anywhere in the app.

Private by design
This version of Social Steward runs entirely on your device. There is no account to create, no server to sign in to, no analytics SDK, no crash reporting service, no advertising, and no tracking. Everything you enter lives in the app’s own storage on your iPhone, protected by iOS file protection.
You can export the whole workspace as JSON, or individual parts as CSV, at any time. You can delete selected records or the entire workspace from the Privacy Center. Deleting the app removes everything with it. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
What it deliberately does not do
- It does not connect to any social platform, and it does not publish, schedule, comment, or send messages for you.
- It does not scrape platforms or use unofficial APIs. Metrics are entered by you or imported from a CSV file you exported yourself.
- It does not create an account or send your data anywhere.
- It does not promise growth, sales, or results, and it does not claim anything is scientifically proven.
- It does not use remote AI. The analysis is deterministic and runs locally.
Social Steward Pro
The free tier is meant to stay genuinely useful: up to 25 content items, 25 community contacts, and 2 campaigns. Pro is an optional one-time purchase that permanently removes those creation limits for the verified Apple Account entitlement.
The localized price is shown on the Pro screen before you buy. Payment is charged once to your Apple Account at confirmation. Pro does not renew and there is no recurring charge to cancel. Restore Purchases is available for another device using the same Apple Account.
Your data is never held hostage. If Apple refunds or revokes Pro, viewing and exporting everything you already made stays available. Nothing you created gets deleted or locked away.
